We are seeking an Entry-Level Automotive Service Advisor who is energetic, customer-focused, and eager to learn. No management experience required — we will provide training. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by achieving sales goals and career growth opportunities.
This is a developmental position with opportunities for advancement within the company.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns
- Learn how to recommend tires, maintenance, and repair services based on vehicle inspections
- Clearly explain service recommendations and pricing to customers
- Create repair orders and coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow up with customers regarding approvals and completion times
- Promote maintenance services and shop specials
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional service area
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong customer service skills
- Interest in automotive repair or retail sales
- Comfortable discussing pricing and recommending services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible schedule, including some weekends and evenings
